The inner bore of the inner bushing and the inner bore of the outer bushing are connected to the output shaft of the reducer and the input end of the main drive drum spindle respectively in the form of splines, while the inner bushing and the outer bushing are connected to each other through the internal and external gear meshing of M4 and Z54 respectively; the other end of the two main drive drum spindles are connected to each other in the form of splines with one transmission gear (M8 and Z78) meshing with each other in the speed ratio of 1:1. This constitutes a main drive output system initially driven by 2 motors and finally rigidly connected by 2 drive gears meshing and outputting the same torque, which ensures the smooth and safe operation of the whole belt conveyor.
Belt conveyor working principle:
The driving drum is driven by an electric motor through a reducer, and the conveyor belt is dragged by the friction between the driving drum and the conveyor belt. The drive pulley is generally installed at the discharge end to increase the traction force and facilitate dragging. The material is fed from the feeding end, falls on the rotating conveyor belt and is transported to the discharging end by the friction of the conveyor belt.
