The installation has embedded or bolts directly fastened, and there is no difficulty in installation.

The size of the incoming material is less than 100mm or even smaller, the vibrating screen surface mostly uses soft screen surface, so that the screen can be made thinner and the screening efficiency can be higher. The installation of soft screen mostly adopts the tension hook type, and the two ends of the linear vibrating screen are fixed with tension hooks, and then the screen is fixed on the screen frame by tensioning the tension plate.

The grading of small size class material uses soft screen mesh. The soft screen is installed with tensioning at both ends and is supported by a rigid beam under the middle of the screen.

Since soft materials such as rubber screens and polyurethane are elongated in use, there is a tendency for relative motion between the screen and the support beam, resulting in screen abrasion. Now from the damage of the screen, the screen failure is mainly due to the relative motion friction, tearing off the screen, therefore, when installing, one is to have a reasonable contact area of the support beam, and then there should be a pressure plate above the screen to effectively press the screen.
