Crusher is a necessary mining machinery equipment in sand and gravel production line, whether it is crushing production line or sand making production line, the crushing work of crusher is inseparable. 1. Jaw Crusher

Jaw crusher is generally used for primary crushing in sand and gravel production line, and fine jaw crusher is generally used for secondary crushing.

2. Cone Crusher

The cone crusher is suitable for crushing hard and medium-hard materials, and can perform medium and fine crushing. The eccentric sleeve forces the crushing wall to make a swinging motion, which causes the crushing wall to move closer to and farther away from the molar wall, forming a crushing cavity, and the material is crushed by the repeated extrusion and impact of the crushing wall and the molar wall, and when the crushing wall leaves the molar wall, the crushed material falls under the action of gravity and is discharged from the bottom of the cone, completing the crushing work.

3. Impact Crusher

When the impact crusher is in operation, the rotor rotates at high speed driven by the motor. When the material enters the working area of the plate hammer, it is crushed by the impact with the plate hammer on the rotor, thrown to the impact device and crushed again, and then bounced back to the plate hammer action area from the impact liner. This process is repeated until the material is crushed to the required size and discharged from the discharge port, completing the crushing process.

4. Impact Crusher

Impact crusher is a kind of sand making machine, its working method is that the material falls vertically from the upper part of the machine into the high-speed rotating impeller, under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, and another part of the material in the form of umbrella shunt around the impeller to produce high-speed impact and crushing, the material in the mutual impact, and then between the impeller and the casing and other materials to form a vortex and repeatedly impact, friction and crushing each other. Until the material reaches the required particle size, from the lower discharge.
