Impact Crusher Maintenance Notes
The impact crusher can handle materials with side length of 100-500 mm or less, with a maximum compressive strength of 350 MPa, and has the advantages of large crushing ratio and cubic particles after crushing. It is widely used in building materials, ore crushing, railroad, highway, energy, transportation, energy, cement, mining, chemical and other industries for medium and fine crushing materials. The following precautions should be taken when repairing the impact crusher:
(1)During the operation of the impact crusher, routine inspection should be made frequently. When abnormal sound or bearing temperature higher than 700C is detected, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the fault should be eliminated in time before continuing to start up the machine.
(2) Feeding should be done only after the machine is running normally, and feeding should be done evenly to prevent mixing with hard iron. Before stopping the machine must first stop feeding, stopping the motor again after the material crushing.
(3) After maintenance or adjustment of the discharge opening of the impact crusher, the rotor should be rotated by human power to confirm that there is no friction and jamming between the rotor and other parts and that it can rotate flexibly before starting the motor.
(4) The bearing seat seal should be checked frequently, the grease in the bearing seat should be refilled once a month, and all the oil should be cleaned and replaced every three months.
(5) in checking whether the fasteners are loose, should focus on checking the rotor on both sides of the pressure plate hammer pressure plate screws, to prevent the pressure plate is loose, the ends of the plate hammer exposed rotor body, and the body touch, damage the machine parts.
(6) To ensure the safety of the operator and the equipment, it is forbidden to carry out repair, adjustment and cleaning work while the machine is running, and to open various small doors.
(7) When the size of the crushing product is too large, the machine should be stopped to check the wear of the plate hammer to prevent the rotor from being worn out. When the plate hammer needs to be adjusted 180 due to wear, make each plate hammer equal in weight and keep it balanced to prevent vibration after the machine is started.
