Jaw crusher jaw plate swing trajectory

One is the fixed jaw plate which is fixed vertically (or slightly inclined at the upper end) to the front wall of the jaw crusher, and the other is the movable jaw plate which is inclined to form the upper and lower part of the crushing chamber with the fixed jaw plate. The main working mode is that the movable jaws make periodic reciprocating movements against the fixed jaws, and the two jaws are sometimes separated and sometimes close to each other. When the jaws are separated, the material enters the crushing chamber and the finished product is discharged from the lower part; while when they are close together, the material between the two jaws is crushed by squeezing, bending and splitting forces.

The jaws of a jaw crusher can be divided into simple swing jaw crushers, complex swing jaw crushers and integrated swing jaw crushers, if different swinging methods are used during operation.

According to the width of the feed opening, they are divided into large, medium and small size. Those with feed opening width greater than 600MM are large machines, those with feed opening width between 300-600MM are medium size machines and those with feed opening width less than 300MM are small size machines.
