2、Check the direction of impeller rotation, from the direction of the inlet. The impeller should rotate counterclockwise, otherwise the motor wiring should be adjusted.  

3、Starting order of crusher and conveying equipment is: discharge → crusher → feed crusher must start with no load, and feed only after the crusher runs normally. The stopping order is the opposite of the starting order.  

4、The material to be fed is strictly in accordance with the requirements, and it is forbidden to enter the crusher with material larger than the requirements, otherwise, it will cause imbalance of the impeller and excessive wear of the impeller, which will cause blockage of the impeller channel and the central feeding pipe, and make the crusher not work normally.  

5、When the discharging equipment is stopped, the feeding should be stopped in time, otherwise, it will cause the impeller to be crushed and burn the motor.  

6、Strive to feed the material continuously and evenly.  

7、During the operation of the crusher, there shall be no violent vibration and abnormal noise, otherwise, it shall be stopped for inspection.  

8、Lubrication of the machine
