When some users operate sand making machines, they encounter low efficiency. What causes this, and how can it be improved? To prevent such situations and reduce malfunctions, proper daily maintenance of the sand making machine is essential. For operators, it is crucial to possess extensive operational experience and a comprehensive understanding of the sand making equipment. Only then can the machine be operated effectively, enhancing the production efficiency of the sand production line while reducing maintenance costs.

1. Screening and Grading of Sand and Gravel Aggregates

For impact sand makers, the aggregate in the hopper is medium-coarse. Since the processed aggregate composition varies, the overall proportion in the hopper becomes unbalanced. This prevents coordinated coarse and fine grinding during production, reducing the machine's balancing capability. Consequently, the produced aggregate quality becomes inconsistent and fails to meet construction requirements. Therefore, it is recommended that users screen these aggregates before processing. This not only ensures sand production quality but also improves production efficiency. Even when using the same stone and the same sand-making machine, the crushing effect will differ.

2. Appropriate Raw Material Hardness

Since the hardness of mechanically produced sand raw materials varies across different regions, excessively hard materials will prolong the crushing process and increase wear on the sand-making machine's consumable parts. To avoid unnecessary waste, select the sand-making machine's wear-resistant materials and model based on the hardness of the specific stone being processed.

3. Proper Motor Configuration is Essential

If the motor power is too low or too high, the sand-making machine will produce uneven particle sizes, leading to reduced output. Therefore, it is necessary to configure an appropriate motor for the specific sand-making machine model. The factory power settings should be strictly adjusted according to the manufacturer's specifications.

4. Moisture and Viscosity of Raw Materials

The moisture and viscosity of manufactured sand raw materials also impact output. Excessive moisture or viscosity may cause blockages during operation, reducing production capacity. Therefore, pay close attention to material moisture and viscosity when selecting raw materials.

The above summarizes the causes of low sand-making machine capacity. If output is low during production, examine whether any of these four factors are at fault. To prevent such issues, conduct regular daily inspections of the sand-making equipment and promptly troubleshoot faults to ensure efficient sand production and optimal output.
