Limestone grinding process
After the crusher crushes the large raw material to the required feed size, the material is transported to the storage bin by the dustpan elevator. Then the material is evenly sent to the grinding chamber of the host by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder, and the shovel knife and the grinding rollers rotate with the process of shoveling up the material and feeding it into the grinding rollers between the roll rings to form a bedding layer. The materials are ground between the grinding rollers and the grinding rings, thus achieving the purpose of powder making. The powder after grinding is brought to the analyzer by the fan airflow to select the powder, and the fine powder which reaches the fineness requirement enters into the big cyclone collector through the airflow pipe to separate and collect; and then discharged by the unloader, which is the finished powder, and the airflow is sucked into the blower by the airflow pipe at the upper end of the big cyclone collector. Undesirable powder is thrown to the outer wall by the blade and airflow detachment, coarse powder due to the role of gravity into the grinding chamber for regrinding.
However, in many industries, not all limestone will be used as industrial raw materials, limestone also has the function of road repair, construction, cement, breeding, smelting, quick solvent and so on. These raw materials have different requirements for the finished product, the grinding process may not be suitable, so we have to choose another process.
Limestone crushing process
The limestone raw material is fed into the jaw crusher from the vibrating feeder of the material table for crushing, and the larger material will be crushed to the feeding size of the next process, and the crushed stone material will be conveyed by the conveyor belt to the transit silo for stacking. The crushed materials are fed into the conveyor through the feeder at the bottom of the transfer bin, and then sent to the impact crusher for fine crushing. The stone materials that meet the requirements will be screened and cleaned in the subsequent process, and the oversized stone materials will be returned to the impact crusher for re-crushing. The crushed material is sent to vibrating screen by conveyor belt for screening, and different specifications of finished stone materials are sorted out. The machine sand enters the wheeled sand washing machine for cleaning, removing dust and getting high quality mechanism sand.
