High-Quality Sand Making Machine Selection Guide
Manufactured sand refers to sand processed by sand making machines and other auxiliary equipment. The finished product is more uniform and can be processed into sand of different shapes and sizes according to various process requirements, better meeting daily needs. Professional equipment is essential to produce qualified and suitable manufactured sand.
Mechanical Sand Equipment Selection:
1. Rapid Crushing Mode Switching
Optimized crushing chamber design enables swift transition between rock-on-rock and rock-on-iron crushing modes. The “rock-on-rock” mode incorporates additional material layer separators to form a dense, stable aggregate bed, yielding more cubic-shaped finished products even when processing medium-to-high hardness materials. The “rock-on-iron” mode features optimized impact block installation angles to reduce energy loss and achieve higher crushing ratios.
2. Intelligent Oil-Lubrication System
Features oil-lubrication with an air-cooling system, controlled by PLC and smart instrumentation for fully automated lubrication. Adjustable lubrication temperature provides optimal operating conditions for bearings.
3. User-Friendly Maintenance Design
The machine cover can be equipped with a hydraulic lifting mechanism for easy removal during maintenance. This allows the feed hopper to be lifted, rotated, and moved aside. Alternatively, a suspended manual or electric hoist can be installed to effortlessly lift the machine cover, feed hopper, distributor, rotor, main shaft, and other components for swift maintenance access.
4. Enhanced Key Component Performance
A manual hydraulic pump can be configured to adjust the impeller feed flow rate. Combined with the height adjustment of the distributor plate, this enables precise control over the ratio of impeller feed to circumferential cascade material.
