A. Crushing System

Raw materials first undergo coarse crushing using equipment such as jaw crushers or gyratory crushers, reducing the material to a specific fineness. Coarsely crushed material typically ranges between 50-200mm. Depending on material hardness, secondary crushing equipment may employ cone crushers or impact crushers. B. Sand-Making System

Material from the secondary crushing stage is conveyed via belt conveyors to the sand-making machine. After undergoing crushing and shaping within the sand-making machine, the discharge size is reduced to within 5mm. Premium material is then transported by conveyor belts to the screening equipment.

C. Screening System
