High-Performance Horizontal Screen—Three-Axis Horizontal Vibrating Screen
The three-axis horizontal vibrating screen operates along an elliptical trajectory, generating powerful vibratory force to ensure effective screening and grading. Its horizontal installation configuration significantly saves space and installation height. Widely applicable in the production and processing of sand and gravel aggregates for hydropower, highways, railways, and construction, as well as material grading and screening in construction waste treatment systems, it is also the preferred screening equipment for mobile crushing and screening stations.
Working Principle
The three-axis horizontal vibrating screen utilizes a three-axis block eccentric vibrator as its excitation source. Identical counterweights are mounted on the three shafts of the vibrator, with gears ensuring forced synchronization. This compact, stable design features low energy consumption. Power is transmitted from the motor to the drive shaft via a pulley. Synchronous gears maintain a stable phase difference between the shafts, generating vibratory force that compels the screen box into continuous, forced elliptical motion. Material is propelled along the horizontal screen surface in a circular path by the elliptical vibration force, undergoing continuous bouncing, stratification, and separation. During each upward throw, the material loosens and separates while simultaneously advancing forward. The processes of particle size classification and forward material conveyance are accomplished through this cyclical throwing motion.
Product Features
1. Synchronized three-axis structure generates an elliptical motion trajectory, producing powerful vibratory force to enhance screening capacity.
2. Adjustable vibration angle and amplitude ensure higher screening efficiency.
3. Compatible with tensioned modular wire mesh screens and polyurethane screens of various apertures.
4. Bearing lubrication options include grease lubrication or automatic oil bath lubrication.
5. Side plates are folded and secured to frame beams and support bases with high-strength bolts.
6. Composite rubber springs ensure smoother start/stop cycles, low noise, and reliable operation.
Key Advantages
1. Large elliptical stroke (adjustable 16-19mm).
2. Adjustable frequency (675-850 RPM) and vibration direction angle (30°-60°).
3. Combines characteristics of circular and linear vibrating screens, allowing selection of optimal vibration trajectory based on material properties, particularly advantageous for difficult-to-screen materials.
4. Forced three-axis synchronous excitation ensures stable operation, achieving 1.3-2 times higher throughput than circular screens for equivalent screening area.
5. Suitable for horizontal or low-angle installation (fixed or mobile stations). Features low installation height, compact footprint, and smooth operation, ideal for dry/wet screening applications with height constraints.
6. Adjustable frequency, amplitude, and angle: (1) Phase angle adjustable by 60 degrees in 10-degree increments via multi-position bolt holes. (2) Amplitude modifiable by adding or removing adjustable counterweights to achieve varying elliptical strokes for screening materials of different particle sizes. (3) Frequency easily adjustable by altering the diameter of the drive pulley.
