Fine Crusher Models, Specifications, and Prices
Fine crushers are primarily used for the further crushing of small-sized materials. Typically, materials that have undergone primary crushing are fed into fine crushers for further processing. They are widely used in various industries such as mining, building materials, highways, railways, and chemicals to process various types of ores. Here, we will provide a detailed overview of the working principles, model specifications, and prices of fine crushers.
There is a wide variety of fine crushers available on the market. Depending on different classification criteria, there are roughly dozens of models. Since the hardness, compressive strength, and particle size of aggregates vary, and each user has different requirements regarding output, product size, budget, and site conditions, the selection must be based on actual circumstances. In comparison, impact crushers and fine crushers are currently the most frequently used and effective options.

01 Impact Crusher
Feed Size: ≤50mm
Output Size: 0.25–5mm
Capacity: 40–650 t/h
Internal Structure: Consists of a feed hopper, distributor, vortex crushing chamber, impeller assembly, main shaft assembly, base transmission unit, and motor.
Working Principle: When material falls into the feed hopper, it enters the high-speed rotating impeller through the central feed opening. Inside the impeller, the material is rapidly accelerated and collides with another portion of material that has rebounded and is falling freely. Together, they strike the material lining (stone-on-stone) or impact blocks (stone-on-iron), causing them to rebound diagonally upward toward the top of the vortex chamber, where their direction of motion changes, deflecting downward to collide with material ejected from the impeller channels, forming a continuous material curtain. Thus, each piece of material undergoes two or more impacts, friction, and grinding within the vortex crushing chamber before being discharged through the lower discharge port.
Through an optimized four-port impeller design and adjustment of the impact angle within the crushing chamber, the final product is relatively fine, often exhibiting a polyhedral shape with excellent particle morphology. The equipment design integrates wear-resistant peripheral liners with the natural fracturing characteristics of rock, incorporating a low-wear, high-wear-resistance structural design that effectively reduces wear and, consequently, lowers long-term operational maintenance costs.
02 Fine Crusher
Feed Size: ≤190 mm
Discharge Size: 0–10 mm
Capacity: 5–260 t/h
Internal Structure: Primarily consists of a rotor, bearings, hammers, housing, crushing chamber, impact liners, discharge grate plates, and a drive mechanism.
Working Principle: Driven by an electric motor, the rotor rotates at high speed. Material enters the first crushing chamber, where it is broken by impact with the hammers on the rotor. It then proceeds to the second fine crushing chamber for further pulverization before being discharged through the outlet.
It employs a fully automatic continuous crushing system where material is crushed by impact with the hammer plates on the rotor. The process is streamlined and the structure is simple. The use of grate plates and rigid, high-pressure crushing significantly improves fine crushing efficiency. Additionally, the high linear velocity and rapid operation result in better energy savings and lower consumption compared to traditional roller crushers. The machine offers stable and reliable performance, while features such as modular hammer heads and adjustable peripheral liners help reduce the cost of replacing wear parts.
Currently, prices for fine crushers on the market vary, with differences primarily stemming from equipment type, model selection, and production capacity requirements. Additionally, due to the large number of manufacturers and sellers of such equipment and intense competition, prices are subject to fluctuations.
