1. Check the tension of the V-belts and remove any grease from the belts or pulleys.

2. Inspect the wear on the jaw plates; if they have reached the wear limit, they must be replaced immediately.

3. Check that the fixing bolts and nuts are secure and stable.

4. Check that there is sufficient grease in the bearings and bearing housings.

5. Check that the protective rubber liners on the toggle plates are properly positioned and in good condition.

6. Check the crushing chamber for any remaining material or debris; do not start the machine until it is completely cleared.
