Bluestone is a highly prevalent stone material, typically appearing in shades of grey or greyish-white. It is primarily distributed across regions such as Hunan, Shandong, and Guizhou. Bluestone possesses significant utility value, finding extensive application in road construction, building materials, architecture, and other sectors. It serves as an ideal construction material. However, bluestone cannot be utilised directly after extraction; it requires crushing processing to transform into the sand and gravel materials demanded by the industry. As a brittle and soft material, bluestone can be processed using a variety of crushing equipment. However, most operators tend to favour jaw crushers and impact crushers. So, what does the specific equipment configuration for a bluestone crushing production line look like? Please see the case study below!

Case Study: Limestone Production Line with 200–250 Tonnes Per Hour Capacity

Production Line Overview: Given the relatively soft hardness of limestone feedstock, a jaw crusher is employed for primary crushing. This is followed by secondary crushing using a PF1320 high-efficiency vortex impact crusher. Oversized aggregates are returned to the impact crusher for reprocessing. Smaller particles proceed through a vibrating screen to the sand-making machine for processing, achieving an hourly output of 200–250 tonnes. Four 2475 vibrating screens produce four distinct finished product specifications, meeting the client's requirement for varied output sizes.

Output: 200–250 t/h (as the entire system requires ≤200 tonnes per hour of material below 20 mm, primarily producing 10–20 mm and some 20–31.5 mm; -10 mm and some 20–31.5 mm enter the sand-making tower for processing).

Four finished product specifications: 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, 10–20 mm, 20–31.5 mm.

Equipment configuration: ZSW490×110 vibrating feeder, 110 jaw crusher, PF1320 high-efficiency vortex impact crusher, 4 × 2475 vibrating screens, 2 magnetic separators, and a set of electrical control cables.
