Regularly adjust the drive belt tension of the vertical impact crusher to maintain uniform force distribution.

3. Wear and lubrication maintenance for impact crushers. Regularly inspect wear rings, liners, impeller flow channel liners, circumferential guards, and wear blocks for damage. Replace or repair worn components promptly. Replace all wear blocks simultaneously to maintain impeller balance. Ensure consistent lubrication of friction surfaces to guarantee normal operation and extend equipment lifespan. Bearings are components subject to significant wear during operation. Apply lubricating grease at appropriate intervals to reduce wear and extend bearing life. Periodically inspect bearing condition and replace promptly.

4. Strictly prohibit crushing flammable or explosive materials. Maintain uniform feeding during production to prevent motor overload or discharge port blockage caused by excessive feeding, which may disrupt normal operation.
