Common Sand-Making Process for Pebbles

Pebbles are uniformly fed into the jaw crusher by a vibrating feeder. The jaw crusher performs primary crushing by adjusting the gap between the moving and stationary jaws.

The coarsely crushed pebbles are conveyed by a belt conveyor to a hydraulic cone crusher. Within the crushing chamber, the distance between the moving cone and stationary cone of the cone crusher varies to further refine the pebbles;

The subsequent pebbles undergo screening via a vibrating screen. Qualified pebbles are conveyed to the sand washer, while unqualified ones are returned to the hydraulic cone crusher;

The finely crushed pebbles are de-sanded in the sand washer, then conveyed to the sand maker for grinding;

The ground pebbles are screened by a vibrating screen. Non-compliant material is returned to the sand maker for reprocessing, while compliant material becomes pebble sand and gravel aggregate.

2. For limestone with moderate hardness, a stone production line can employ a jaw crusher + impact crusher combination. Through secondary crushing, the material can achieve the desired results.
