Coke is a type of solid fuel and an important industrial raw material. Currently, the market is well-supplied, and prices remain at high levels. Since it is produced by drying coal at approximately 1000°C, it cannot be used directly. However, after being crushed, it can be used as raw material for the production of water gas, gasification, and chemical industries. However, which type of crusher is best for processing coke? How should one select the appropriate model?


Coke primarily consists of fixed carbon, followed by ash content, with very low volatile and sulphur content. It has a metallic lustre, is hard and porous, with a hardness coefficient of 1.70–2.80f and a hardness grade of 1.6. Depending on size, it is classified into lump coke, crushed coke, and coke fines. Selection recommendations:

3. Motor power: Select the appropriate model based on the required motor power.  


a. Double-stage crusher

Equivalent to two devices combined into one, with dual rotors operating in two stages of crushing. The two sets of rotors are interconnected for use, achieving hammer-crushing and material-crushing effects.
