
Why the particles of impact crusher are not evenly discharged
Impact crusher is mainly composed of fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate. When working, it mainly relies on the motor to drive the belt and pulley, which makes the movable jaw move up and down through the eccentric shaft, changing the size of the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw, and crushing the material when the movable jaw is close to the rack tooth plate. When the crusher has uneven discharge size, carefully find out the reason for the failure, timely troubleshooting, and avoid the trouble caused by machine downtime. The following is the analysis of the causes of uneven size of the impact crusher:
1. The motor wiring position is reversed, the main machine open reverse (moving jaw clockwise rotation), or the motor triangle connection into a star connection.
2. Jaw plate displacement, tooth top and tooth top relative.
3. The gap between the moving jaw and the bearing is too large after wear, so that the outer ring of the bearing rotates relatively.
4. The discharge opening is less than the specified limit.
5. The hardness or toughness of the crushed material exceeds the range specified in the instruction manual.
6. The voltage of the working site is too low.
