Why the particles of impact crusher are not evenly discharged

Impact crusher is mainly composed of fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate. 1. The motor wiring position is reversed, the main machine open reverse (moving jaw clockwise rotation), or the motor triangle connection into a star connection.

2. Jaw plate displacement, tooth top and tooth top relative.

3. The gap between the moving jaw and the bearing is too large after wear, so that the outer ring of the bearing rotates relatively.

4. The discharge opening is less than the specified limit.

5. The hardness or toughness of the crushed material exceeds the range specified in the instruction manual.

6. The voltage of the working site is too low.
