1. Components do not conform to the size of the drawings, the processing and assembly of the components of the equipment, if the length of the jaw plate, thickness, elbow plate length, frame cavity size, etc., does not match with the design size of the drawings, resulting in an increase in the angle, which is very easy to produce the material return.

2. The width of discharge opening is too large. The width of the discharge opening of the jaw crusher can be adjusted. The larger the width of the discharge opening of the crusher of the same specification, the greater the possibility of material return.

3. Material force imbalance, the material to be broken in the crushing chamber is in a balanced state, neither upward nor downward movement, but once the angle increases, the material in the vertical direction of the force is not balanced, and the upward force is greater than the downward force, the material will be in the upward force under the action of the inlet movement, which will result in the phenomenon of material return.

4. The difference in the size of the material to be broken is too big, if the large piece of material is small, then the equipment can work normally, such as a lot of large pieces of material, crammed between two small pieces of material, there may be a phenomenon of material return.

5. The friction coefficient between material and jaw plate is small. The cross section of the movable jaw plate and fixed jaw plate of the jaw crusher are all designed in the shape of teeth, the purpose of which is to increase the friction coefficient between the material and the jaw plate, so that it can meet the needs of production as much as possible. But with the aggravation of the wear of the jaw plate, the greater the possibility of generating the phenomenon of material return. Therefore, the wear of the jaw plate should be avoided, the friction coefficient should be increased, and the jaw plate should be replaced in time when the wear is serious.
