Combining both “stone-on-stone” and “stone-on-iron” working principles, the impact, friction, and grinding forces produce particles with excellent shape, predominantly cubic. Both modes can utilize a single crushing chamber, allowing conversion between “stone-on-stone” and “stone-on-iron” crushing through simple component replacement. This adaptability accommodates diverse operating conditions and material crushing/shaping requirements. During maintenance, these allow easy lifting and removal of components such as the machine cover, feed hopper, distributor, impeller, and main shaft. The machine cover can also be equipped with a hydraulic lifting and opening device, facilitating the lifting, rotation, and removal of the feed hopper during servicing.


Of course, a manufactured sand production line requires more than just a sand maker; it also needs supporting equipment such as vibrating feeders, jaw crushers, and bucket wheel sand washers. Aggregate is uniformly fed by the vibrating feeder to the jaw crusher for primary crushing. The crushed material is then conveyed via belt to the sand maker for further processing. The finely crushed material is transported to a vibrating screen for grading. Material meeting the required finished particle size is sent to the sand washer for cleaning, after which it is discharged via the finished product conveyor belt as the final product. Material failing to meet the required particle size is returned from the vibrating screen to the sand making machine for reprocessing, forming a closed-loop multiple-cycle system. The finished particle size can be combined and graded according to user requirements. For dry production processes, a coarse/fine powder separator and dust removal equipment can be added.
