1. Impact-Type Shaping and Sand-Making Machine


This machine integrates various crushing modes and features a specially designed impact angle within the crushing chamber. Material enters the chamber through central and peripheral feed ports. The rotor drives the throwing heads to rotate at high speed, causing the material to strike the peripheral liners in a dispersed pattern. During the subsequent rebound process, the material collides with other particles. After repeated cycles of this motion, sharp edges are worn down, achieving the shaping effect.


It achieves a cubic content of up to 98% with minimal stone powder, no fine streaks, and no segregation of coarse and fine particles. Additional discharge impact plates have been added on both sides of the screen adjustment device, providing multi-stage material crushing capabilities. Simultaneously, the rotor speed is increased to boost the linear velocity of aggregates within the crushing chamber. The innovative crushing chamber design minimizes material impact angles and reduces friction with wear-resistant components, resulting in a longer service life.


2. Hammer-Type Shaping and Sand-Making Machine


This machine utilizes adjustable movable liners and a self-flowing material chute to achieve impact crushing, impact shaping, and self-flow discharge, transforming two-stage crushing into a single-stage process. It is used as a secondary sand-making and shaping unit in large-scale production lines, delivering high yield rates and excellent particle shape with a cubic form and low content of needle- and flake-shaped particles.


The machine features a rational structural design and a simplified process flow, reducing the footprint. It is equipped with a hydraulic discharge adjustment mechanism for convenient and effortless adjustments. The external oil pump, oil tank, and piping lubrication system automatically shut down the machine if oil temperature becomes too high or oil flow rate is too slow.
