Working Principle of the Vertical Shaft Crusher:
The vertical shaft crusher primarily consists of a transmission system, bearings, upper cover, liners, hammer heads, hammer discs, main shaft, belts, feed inlet, discharge outlet, support frame, motor, inspection door, cylinder body, upper cover, and base. It utilizes the “stone-on-stone” principle, resulting in minimal wear.
Working Principle of the Vertical Shaft Crusher: Material is fed through the top inlet and falls into the crushing chamber, where it is struck by high-speed rotating hammer plates and rapidly thrown toward the impact plate. After colliding with the impact plate, the material rebounds onto the hammer plates and is struck again. Simultaneously, the hammer plates agitate the material, creating significant mutual grinding action that further fines the material until it reaches the desired particle size.
