Three Common Equipment Configurations for Ore Crushing Production Lines
In actual production, the main function of any ore crushing production line is to crush various ores and gravel to a suitable particle size and shape. Since a ore crushing production line consists of many pieces of equipment with overlapping functions, configuring a scientific production line is not a matter of simply applying a single configuration. It must be tailored to the specific material conditions, output requirements, and finished product specifications. The following are three commonly used equipment configurations:
1. Feeder + Jaw Crusher + Impact Crusher + Sand Making Machine + Vibrating Screen: Suitable for sand and gravel plants with medium to low hardness raw materials. Its advantages are high yield and good finished product particle shape.
2. Feeder + Jaw Crusher + Cone Crusher + Sand Making Machine + Vibrating Screen: Suitable for sand and gravel plants with extra-hard raw materials (such as granite, river pebbles, silica, etc.). Its features include high output, low equipment wear, greater durability, and a higher market price.
3. A feeder + hammer crusher + impact crusher + sand making machine + vibrating screen is suitable for sand and gravel plants producing materials of medium to low hardness (limestone, bluestone, dolomite, etc.). Its process is simple, requires little space, and the hammer crusher can produce the final product in one pass, resulting in low cost.
