Incorporating the strengths of numerous similar products, it features a heavy-duty rotor body structure, a large-capacity crushing chamber, wear-resistant alloy hammer plates, thick impact-resistant impact liners, and multi-point hydraulic adjustment and hydraulic opening mechanisms. These ensure exceptional crushing capacity and performance, accommodating large feed sizes while producing smaller, finer output particles with a high crushing ratio. with excellent product shape. Equipment Principle:


In dry-process cement production, single-stage impact crushers utilize kinetic energy to fracture limestone along its natural joint planes, producing uniformly cubic-shaped output. Large material enters the crushing chamber between the impact plate and rotor, gaining kinetic energy from the rotor's rotation. It undergoes repeated impact between the impact plate and rotor, progressing through sequential crushing in the primary impact chamber, secondary impact chamber, and bottom grinding chamber to achieve the required discharge particle size.


Structural Features:


The multi-stage impact chambers provide ample crushing space, making the crusher suitable for large-sized materials. The adjustable angle of the impact plates ensures optimal material impact angles during repeated collisions between the impact plates and rotor, significantly enhancing crushing efficiency. The sequential impact crushing process significantly reduces energy consumption during operation. The impact plate adjustment system also functions as the machine's overload protection device. When foreign objects (e.g., iron pieces) or non-crushable materials enter the crusher, the impact plates automatically retract and spring back, allowing the foreign objects to pass through and preventing damage to the equipment. The impact crusher's blow bars are securely fixed to the rotor, resulting in low starting torque. This facilitates control of the rotor's dynamic balance and minimizes operational disturbances, ensuring smooth startup.


The crusher frame features a three-part split structure. Maintenance tasks such as replacing blow bars, impact plates, and liners can be performed by simply opening the rear casing.


The impact crusher features high interchangeability of components and a limited variety of wear parts, simplifying spare parts procurement and management.


The hydraulic opening device for the housing effectively reduces maintenance labor intensity, enhances maintenance efficiency, and shortens maintenance time.


Simultaneously opening the rear frame and inspection door allows replacement of all wear parts, significantly improving operational efficiency.
