Stone crushing production line

The crushing production line is suitable for applications in hydropower, building materials, highway, urban construction and other industries, and can be used for aggregate and artificial sand making operations of hard limestone, granite, basalt, river pebbles, slag and other materials, producing and processing special construction such as highway surface material, high grade highway pavement gravel, high speed railroad passenger line sand and gravel aggregate, hydropower station sand and gravel material, port terminals and gravel material for airport runway It is especially suitable for special construction fields.

The stone crushing production line mainly consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, tape conveyor, centralized electric control, etc. To meet the different processing needs of customers, it can be equipped with cone crusher, dust removal equipment, etc.

The coarse crushed stone is sent to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing; the finely crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor for sieving, and several different sizes of stones are sieved out, and the stones that meet the size requirements are sent to the finished product pile by the finished product belt conveyor; the stones that do not meet the size requirements are sent to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor. The stones that do not meet the particle size requirements are sent to the finished pile by the tape conveyor.
