Scheelite, also known as wolframite, is one of the more important and common types of tungsten ore, with very rich resource reserves. After beneficiation, 80% of scheelite ore is used in iron and steel smelting, 15% is used to make hard steel, and the remaining 5% is used in other places. The scheelite beneficiation production line designed by our company goes through 4 stages of crushing, grinding, flotation and drying, and the specific process flow is as follows:


1. Crushing stage: After mining, scheelite ore will be firstly sent to jaw crusher for preliminary crushing to the appropriate size, to achieve the preliminary dissociation of the ore, and then it will be sent to the next stage for grinding;

2. Grinding stage: After crushing, scheelite ore will be sent to ball mill for grinding, and then screened and washed by spiral classifier on the ground materials, and then unqualified materials will be sent to ball mill again for grinding, and can enter the next process only after meeting the conditions;

3. Flotation stage: After the qualified scheelite powder is stirred evenly in the mixing drum, it enters the flotation machine to add suitable chemicals for flotation separation, after which the tungsten concentrate with high purity will be obtained;

4. Drying stage: the tungsten concentrate after flotation will contain certain water, therefore, it will be sent to the concentrator for preliminary concentration, and then to the dryer for high dehydration.
