3. The relationship between frequency and feeding speed
Frequency is a relatively important parameter of the vibrating feeder. After the prototype machine is processed and assembled, its natural frequency is a fixed value. According to the results of finite element analysis data, its natural frequency is 120HZ, but because the analysis ignores the structure It is inevitable that there will be deviations due to the influence of the connecting part of the connection part and the material of some parts. This requires experiments to measure its natural frequency. Since the natural frequency is one point at a time, it is difficult to measure it more accurately, so we can use it according to its work. The principle is that when it reaches the natural frequency, it realizes resonance, and the amplitude is the largest. At this time, the feeding speed is the largest. We can approximately find its natural frequency through the experimental data measured by the experiment. When the frequency reaches 130HZ, the feeding speed is the largest, so we can approximate its natural frequency to be around 130HZ.
