Structure composition:
The whole set of Raymond mill structure is composed of host, analyzer, piping device, blower, finished cyclone separator, jaw crusher, dustpan elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, electric control motor and so on. Among them, the main machine of Raymond mill is composed of frame, air inlet worm shell, shovel knife, grinding roller, grinding ring, cover and motor.
The whole set of Raymond Mill working process (grinding material process): after the large block material is crushed to the required size by the jaw crusher, the material will be sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then continuously sent to the host mill through the vibrating feeder to grind in a uniform and quantitative way, and then the ground powder will be taken away by the fan airflow. After grinding, the powder is taken away by the airflow of the fan. The powder is graded by the analyzing machine, and the powder that meets the fineness enters into the big cyclone collector with the airflow through the pipe, and is separated and collected, and then discharged through the powder pipe, that is, the finished powder. The airflow is then sucked into the blower by the return air pipe at the upper end of the big cyclone collector. The whole airflow system of this machine is closed and circulating, and is circulating under positive and negative pressure.
Working principle:
Raymond mill host working process is driven through the transmission device to the center shaft rotation, the upper end of the shaft is connected to the plum blossom frame, the frame is equipped with a grinding roller device and the formation of swing pivot, not only the country around the center of the rotary, while the grinding rollers around the grinding ring rotating at the same time, the grinding rollers themselves due to friction and rotation.
