Working Principle: The mechanism consists of a pair of parallel, horizontally mounted cylindrical rollers. When these forces exceed the cohesive forces between the material’s crystal lattice, the material fractures into small pieces, achieving the crushing objective. The crushed material is then pushed out by the rotating rollers and discharged downward.


Equipped with an automatic control system, it operates smoothly and efficiently, offering cost savings compared to other crushing systems with equivalent performance.

Hydraulic adjustment maintains a stable operating gap between the roller shells within the range of 1–40 mm.

It features overload protection; when non-crushable objects enter between the rollers, the rollers automatically retract and then return to the preset gap.

Heavy-duty, thickened roller liners are used, made from rigorously selected materials that are wear- and impact-resistant. Combined with an automatic lubrication system, this significantly extends the service life of components.

The crushed product is cuboid in shape, with low content of needle- and flake-shaped particles, no internal cracks, and a fine particle size.
