Iron ore beneficiation process:

1.Crushing and grinding--The mined iron ore is firstly crushed by jaw crusher, and after crushed to reasonable fineness, it is evenly fed into ball mill through elevator and feeder, and then crushed and ground by ball mill.

2.Classification--The ore fines after grinding by ball mill enter into the next process of classification, and the spiral classifier washes and classifies the ore mixture with the help of the principle that the solid particles have different specific gravity and different precipitation speeds in the liquid.

3. Magnetic separation - after washing and grading of the mineral mixture in the magnetic separator, due to the different coefficients of the specific magnetization of various minerals, through the magnetic and mechanical forces will be separated from the mixture of magnetic substances.

4. Flotation--After the preliminary separation of the mineral particles by the magnetic separator, they are sent into the flotation machine, and different drugs are added according to different mineral properties, so that the desired minerals are separated from other substances.

5. Drying--After the minerals are separated out, because they contain a lot of water, they have to be initially concentrated by the concentrator, and then dried by the dryer, so as to get the dry minerals.
