1. Before replacing the hammer head, the material at the mouth of the crusher should be cleaned up to avoid blocking the crushing cavity with debris and affecting the replacement of the hammer head.

2. Fix the rotor disk of the impact crusher in a suitable position, then cut the hammer head fixing bolts with special tools and pull out, cut the bumps caused by wear on both sides of the hammer head.

3. Hold the hammer head and pull out the pin, and move the removed hammer head, pin, fixing sleeve and bolt to one side so as not to affect the construction.

4. Lift the new hammer head to the mouth of the crusher, and hold the hammer head when prying it off with a pipe or pry bar to prevent it from sliding to one side and injuring people.

5. Build a pipe from the grate bed to the crusher rotor, push the hammer head to the right position, pay attention to the hammer head head facing down, then install the fixing sleeve and the pin and bolt.

6. Check the weight of hammer head one by one before installing the hammer head, try to ensure the balance of the rotor, after installation, you should pan the car to check, after the hammer head is installed, all the bolts will be spot welded and fixed.

7. Disc the rotor body to observe the gap between the hammer head and the screen plate, and adjust the screen plate when needed.
