1. Before installing the crusher dust collector, lay a substantial layer of concrete on the ground as the foundation for the equipment. Using concrete for the ground installation provides a more secure base for anchoring the stone production line equipment with anchor bolts compared to a non-concrete surface. 

2. During installation, assign a dedicated worker to monitor whether the sand and gravel production line equipment is level and plumb with the ground. Improper vertical alignment will shorten the equipment's lifespan.

3. After installing the sand and gravel production line equipment, thoroughly inspect all components for correct installation. Ensure no bolts are loose, and verify that the main unit's access doors are securely installed and closed.  

4. After installation, conduct an empty load test run. Once all equipment data aligns with the manual specifications, production and operation may commence.

5. Select appropriate equipment configurations such as power cables and control switches based on the equipment's performance specifications.
