The medium crushing equipment adopts two impact crushers, model PF1520 and PF1820, with feed size of 700 and 800mm, and production capacity of 550 and 800t/h respectively;
2. Sand making system
Two sand making machines are selected, with feed sizes of 50 and 40mm, and outputs of 520 and 380t/h respectively.
3. Screening and conveying system
Two vibrating screens of 2YK3072 and 3YK3072 are used, as well as several conveyors.
4.Sand washing system
Because the mined stone will have soil, so it must be cleaned by sand washing machine, this system adopts two sets of 3121 model wheeled sand washing machine, which has large sand washing capacity and washes out clean sand with good quality.
