A. Rotor

B. Strike hammer

The number of striking hammers - according to the size of the ore, the hardness of the ore, the length of the rotor. Generally if the particle size is large and hard, the number is small, but the weight should be large; otherwise, if the crushing ratio is large, the number is large.

C. Impact plate

3. Role:

(2) Adjust the discharge port, change the gap between the lower end of the impact plate and the rotor, you can control the product size. Therefore, the upper end of the impact plate is hinged on the upper body through the suspension shaft. The lower end is suspended on the machine body by tie bolts or springs, which is convenient to adjust the height of the impact plate to change the purpose of the discharge gap.

(3) insurance effect, when the impact force of the ore exceeds the impact force that the impact plate can withstand, that is, due to the entry of non-fragmented materials to make its load is too large, the impact plate automatically back up, so that the discharge port increases, let go of non-fragmented materials. Do not damage other parts, play the role of insurance.

D. Guide plate

Role: dispersing materials, uniform feeding along the length of the rotor. Some made of sieve plate shape, out of fine-grained materials.

Maintain a proper discharge point, the general inclination angle of the feed plate is about 30 degrees.

In α = 30 degrees when the first impact of the material. Along the tangent direction of the rotor fly to the middle of the impact plate, crushing effect is good.

In α <30 degrees, the discharge point is low, the material flies to the upper part of the impact plate suspension shaft, the rotor impact is strong, and the new feed into the ore to impede the exit of the impacted ore, easy to form a pile of materials.

In α > 30 degrees, the discharge point is high, the material flies to the lower end of the impact plate, easy to make the impact plate back up, the material rushed into the second crushing chamber, so that the first crushing chamber particle size becomes coarse, so as to affect the final product size.

E. Curtain chain
