Cone crusher is mainly used in the crushing of stones in road and bridge construction, mainly on bridges as well as railroads as the main crushing production, but also other crushers can not be compared. The cone crusher is an advanced stone crushing equipment designed by adopting crushing technology and production only in recent years. Its high power, large crushing ratio and high productivity are incomparable to other types of crushers. Because this machine realizes a new concept of crushing, namely hydraulic crushing. The birth of this machine marks another step forward in crusher technology in China. The design structure and the design concept of the machine are obviously different from the traditional cone crusher, and it is concentrating the advantages of other types of cone crushers.


The machine can be used in a wide range of applications: especially for ultra-fine crushing of hard rocks, ores, slag, refractory materials, etc. The organization of the machine consists of the main parts such as frame, adjusting device, adjusting sleeve, crushing cone, transmission and eccentric sleeve and auxiliary parts such as electric and lubrication.

The machine is divided into three types: coarse crushing cone crusher, medium crushing cone crusher and fine crushing cone crusher, which are suitable for crushing various ores and rocks of medium hardness or above.

The crushing cavity type of this machine is determined by the use of ore, the standard type is used for medium crushing; the medium cone crusher is used for medium and fine crushing; the short head type is used for fine crushing.

Cone Crusher Structure Introduction and Main Parameters: The structure of the cone crusher mainly consists of frame, horizontal shaft, moving cone, balance wheel, eccentric sleeve, upper crushing wall (fixed cone), lower crushing wall (moving cone), hydraulic coupling, lubrication system, hydraulic system, control system, etc. 

 

Working principle of cone crusher: When the cone crusher is in operation, the rotation of the motor makes a swinging motion around a fixed point of the cone through the pulley or coupling, the drive shaft of the cone crusher and the cone part of the cone crusher under the compulsion of the eccentric sleeve. This causes the crushing wall of the crushing cone to move closer to and away from the surface of the molar wall fixed on the adjustment sleeve, so that the ore is continuously impacted, squeezed and bent in the crushing chamber to achieve the crushing of the ore. The electric motor drives the eccentric sleeve through the bevel gear to rotate the crushing cone for swinging motion. The crushing cone is sometimes close to and sometimes away from the fixed cone to complete the crushing and discharging. The connection between the support sleeve and the frame is pressed by the spring, when the crusher falls into the metal block and other unbreakable objects, the spring is compressed and deformed, discharging foreign objects to achieve insurance and prevent damage to the machine.  


Hydraulic cone crusher main features: Hydraulic system, the machine has a hydraulic system to adjust the size of the crusher discharge day, the hydraulic system can effectively ensure the safe operation of the equipment. When there is a foreign object in the crushing cavity, the hydraulic system can make the movable cone automatically retreat, and when the foreign object is discharged, the system makes the retreating movable cone automatically reset. When the foreign body is discharged, the system will make the receding cone automatically reset, and the original discharge position will be maintained again to continue working. Crusher cavity type is the main technical index of crushing. The machine is designed with four sizes of cavity types from coarse to fine crushing, and it has six possible combinations, which means it can be best suited to the special requirements of users.
