Specific process flow: the large copper ore is fed into the jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder evenly and continuously, and then into the impact crusher for medium and fine crushing, and then sent to the round vibrating screen for screening by conveyor, and the qualified materials enter into the storage bin, and the unqualified materials are sent to the crusher by conveyor to continue crushing. Pendulum feeder will send the copper ore particles in the storage bin to the ball mill for grinding and processing, and then into the spiral classifier for grading, which will be divided into two grades, unqualified into the ball mill to regrind, qualified into the mixing barrel, add certain chemicals for full mixing, and then into the flotation machine to be separated and processed, and then the flotation slurry first into the thickener to be initially thickened and then into the dryer for thorough drying and drying, and then it can be dried and dried. After the flotation, the ore slurry first enters the thickener for preliminary concentration, then enters the dryer for thorough drying and drying, and then the concentrate with higher grade can be obtained.
