1. Introduction of basic process flow of sand making production line: 

The materials (limestone, granite, basalt, gneiss, river pebbles, cobblestones, etc.) are evenly fed into the jaw crusher through the feeder for preliminary crushing, and the finished products after coarse crushing are conveyed to the fine crushing jaw crusher for further crushing through the belt conveyor, and the stones after secondary crushing are conveyed to the sand making machine for crushing again through the belt conveyor, and the stones after crushing again are conveyed to the vibrating screen for screening out different The stones that meet the size requirements of customers are transported to the finished product pile through the belt conveyor, and the unqualified stones are returned to the sand making machine through the belt conveyor to be crushed again, forming a closed circuit for many times.
