Feeding: Quartz stone is delivered by dump trucks to the vibrating feeder, which then feeds the material evenly and continuously to the primary crushing equipment while screening out waste and soil.


Primary Crushing: Typically, a suitable location for primary crushing is selected near the quarry to minimize raw material transport distances. Large-sized materials are coarsely crushed by a jaw crusher, which features a deep crushing chamber with no dead zones, eliminating concerns about material blockages.


Secondary Crushing: The material is then conveyed to a cone crusher for secondary and fine crushing. This secondary processing can also produce 12mm and 13mm aggregates.


Sand Making: The crushed material, generally below 55mm in size, is sent to a sand maker to produce 0.25–0.5mm quartz sand.


Screening: The material is conveyed to a vibrating screen equipped with four layers of mesh, enabling the simultaneous separation of three different grain sizes of sand.


Sand Washing: A sand washer is then used to separate soil, impurities, and sand, achieving purification and controlling the content of stone powder. After passing through a dewatering screen, the finished manufactured sand is obtained.
