Classification of Crushing Machine

Crushing machinery is a widely used general mechanical equipment in industrial production. 4.Hammer Crusher

The hammer hangs freely on the turntable and rotates rapidly by the action of its belt, and the material is crushed by the hammer. It is suitable for medium and fine crushing of medium and hard materials.

5.Impact Crusher 

The material is crushed by the rigidly fixed strike plate on the high-speed rotor and further crushed by the impact on the counterattack plate. It is suitable for medium and fine crushing of hard and medium-hard materials.

6.Wheel Mill

The material is crushed and ground by the cylindrical mill wheel on the rotating mill plate, and there is also a mixing effect. Refractory material factory mostly use wheel mill to crush raw materials.

7.Vertical impact crusher 

The materials are crushed into coarse and fine particles by the impact and extrusion of the high-speed rotor and the fixed plate hammer, and further crushed by the impact on the liner. It is suitable for medium and fine crushing of hard, medium-hard soft and brittle materials.

8.Cage Crusher 

Cage crusher is also called cage mill, it is the use of two high-speed relative rotation of the cage on the material for impact crushing. It is suitable for fine crushing and coarse grinding of brittle and soft materials.
