1. The axis of the motor and the axis of the rotor are not equal
The rotor is the center of the impact sand making machine. If its vibration is too large, it will cause vibration of the whole machine. The treatment method is to align it and ensure that the motor and rotor shaft are on the same axis after debugging.
2. Damage to rotor bearings
When the support clearance exceeds a certain limit or the support is damaged, the rotor system will produce strong vibration, which will cause vibration of the whole machine. The solution is to replace the bearings, and pay attention to whether it is necessary to replace the bearings during work, otherwise it will affect production.
3. Rotor imbalance
Due to the imbalance of other parts on the rotor, the rotor will be unbalanced and cause vibration, so the rotor must be carefully inspected and adjusted. For example: when using the hammer to change the face and turn around, in order to avoid the weight imbalance of the rotor, all the hammers in the crusher must be changed and turned around at the same time, otherwise, violent vibration will occur during operation. In addition, during installation, it is also necessary to pay attention to the difference between the corresponding two sets of weights cannot be greater than 5g.
4. Material adhesion
When the feed volume is too large and exceeds the load of the machine, the machine cannot crush the material in the crushing chamber in time, resulting in material blockage and abnormal vibration. At this time, the feed volume must be adjusted in time to ensure uniform, stable and continuous feeding. At the same time, it is also necessary to strictly control the raw materials to prevent large particles and impurities from entering the sand making machine (the size of the sand making machine feed port is usually no more than 3-5 cm) to avoid material blockage or mechanical damage.
5. Unstable foundation or loose anchor screws
During the production process, if abnormal vibration occurs, it should be checked first whether it is caused by loose foundation, anchor screws, etc. If so, it should be reinforced and regularly inspected.
