There are two types of support for vibrating screen: hanging type and seat type. The hanging device used in the hanging type includes spiral compression spring, steel wire rope, anti-swing hammer, hanging ring, steel rope card and other parts. The sieve is hung on the upper floor by four groups of hanging devices. Changing the length of the wire rope can adjust the inclination of the screen surface. The anti-swing hammer is installed above the wire rope, and its function is to prevent the sieve box from producing lateral swing. Changing the position of the anti-swing counterweight on the rope can change the self-vibration frequency of the wire rope to prevent the resonance phenomenon and achieve the purpose of anti-swing.
The seat support device is composed of spring, upper and lower support of spring, positioning block, sieve box trunnion and friction dampers. The upper support of the spring is connected with the trunnion of the sieve box. When using metal spiral spring damping, there is a damping friction damper under the support. The damper is composed of bolts, springs, rubber blocks and rubber seats. The dampers are adjusted by adjusting the bolts so that the spring is compressed from a free height of 170mm to about 30mm. Observe the sieving machine over the resonance area and adjust it repeatedly until the amplitude is smaller and the sieve stops more smoothly when it is over the resonance.
In the vibrating screen, the vibration damping spring is both the main vibration spring and vibration isolation spring. The elastic elements in the vibration isolation device are metal spiral spring, rubber spring, composite spring and inflatable spring and other forms.
The role of vibration isolation devices are:
1. The inherent frequency of the system is a function of the spring stiffness and the mass of the reference vibration, when the quality of the sieve is determined, the inherent frequency of vibration depends on the spring stiffness. Therefore, the spring stiffness determines the working state of the elastic system and the stability of the sieve machine work.
2. The spring stiffness is large, the dynamic load transmitted to the foundation is also large. Therefore, the appropriate choice of spring stiffness, can reduce the dynamic load transmitted to the foundation.
