Production line introduction:
Due to the limitations of the production environment, the location of coarse crushing equipment is higher, so we choose two small jaw crusher, on the basis of reducing the investment cost of equipment, to meet the production demand, while the finished product of coarse crushing can directly meet the requirements of sand production to reach more than 75%, so we reduce the second section of the medium crushing equipment, directly with the sand production, and increase the number of a conveyor belt at the same time, reduce the cost of crushing equipment.
Production process:
After the material is roughly crushed by the jaw crusher, the one that reaches below 50mm is transferred to the VSI sand making machine, if it doesn't meet the requirement, it can be returned to continue crushing, and then finely crushed by the impact sand making machine, which produces four kinds of specification materials, such as 0-5mm, 50-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-30mm, etc., which are transferred to the finished product area.
