1000 tons per hour limestone production line equipment configuration

Limestone is a commonly used raw material for crushing and sand making, and its production line is also more common, with an hourly output ranging from 100 tons to thousands of tons. Here we take the existing limestone mine of a cement plant as the background, the design production line processing capacity of 1000t/h, in addition to soil 10%, the production of finished aggregate products for 20-31.5mm, 18%; 10-20mm, 25%; 5-10mm, 17%; 0-5mm, 25%. Considering the rock characteristics and product ratio requirements, two-stage crushing program is selected, i.e., jaw crusher + impact crusher combination form, the main features of this combination are good product size, less stone powder content, low total investment, low energy consumption, moderate maintenance and operating costs, moderate noise and dust impact on the environment. The specific production line configuration is as follows:

The primary crusher is a CJ200 jaw crusher with a handling capacity of 630-1435t/h and an installed power of 6P 400kW.

The secondary crusher is 4 sets of impact crusher with handling capacity of 300-350t/h (at discharge 40mm), with a single installed power of 250kW.

Screening adopts secondary screening, primary screening adopts 4 sets of 3YK2160 circular vibrating screen, secondary screening adopts 2 sets of 2YK2160 circular vibrating screen.

Aggregate storage adopts 4 sets of 16m steel plate storage, and a bulk loader is set up under the storage for transportation.

The lump material is conveyed by belt conveyor and bucket elevator, and the powder material is conveyed by conveyor.
