Plan One: Basalt Aggregate Production Line


Application Scope: Suitable for producing basalt aggregates of 12mm, 13mm, and larger particle sizes

Equipment Configuration: Feeder + Jaw Crusher + Cone Crusher + Vibrating Screen + Conveyor Belt

Production Details: The jaw crusher features a deep V-shaped crushing chamber for high throughput and deep crushing action, achieving hourly capacities of 1-2200 t/h. Material begins breaking in the upper section of the crushing chamber. The machine base is cast from wear-resistant steel for enhanced operational stability. Simple component design facilitates maintenance. Wide feed adjustment range and easy discharge opening adjustment enable production of various basalt aggregate sizes. The processed basalt aggregate can then be fed into a cone crusher. Employing an extrusion crushing mechanism, the cone crusher produces uniformly sized particles with minimal fines and needle/flake content, yielding high-quality finished material. This two-machine combination fully meets the requirements for a 100 t/h basalt aggregate production scheme.


Scheme 2: Basalt Sand Production Line


Scope of Application: Suitable for producing basalt manufactured sand

Equipment Configuration: Vibrating Feeder + Jaw Crusher + Cone Crusher + Impact Sand Maker + Vibrating Screen + Conveyor Belt

Production Details: Unlike the previous line, this configuration incorporates an impact sand maker. Operating on “stone-on-stone” and “stone-on-iron” principles, the machine feeds material into the crushing chamber via both central feeding and peripheral cascade feeding. This design minimizes dust and noise during production, enabling eco-friendly operation. Optimized motion parameters boost overall throughput by 30%. The finished product exhibits excellent particle shape and uniform grain size. It fully meets the production requirement of 100 tons per hour of basalt sand while simultaneously performing shaping and sand-making functions, demonstrating outstanding performance in processing basalt.
